With the objective of making today’s young and dynamic women skilled computer users, Vanita Vishram established a computer institute – VVICS in July-2018. The institute is situated on the ground floor of VVWCC. Two full time faculties are employed to run the courses. The Vanita Vishram Institute of Computer Science is equipped with 64 desktop computers of following configuration:

• The institute has LCD projector and screen facility and 25 Mbps dedicated Internet connection also.

The institute runs following courses:

1. Tally Accounting with GST: This course aims to take the knowledge relating to accounting to the next level and enhance employability of Tally learners by giving them a professional edge with verifiable digital certificate preferred by industries. It also includes basic knowledge of GST, GST Accounting and GST filing work. This course is certified by Tally Academy, Bengaluru.

2. Course on Computer Concept (CCC): This course aims to provide an opportunity to attain computer literacy thereby contributing to increased and speedy PC penetration in different walks of life. It is made mandatory by the Government for any Government Jobs. This course is certified by National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT).

3. Digital Marketing: This course aims to develop universal competencies that will enhance marketing skills and enable a marketer to make his products known with the usage of Digital Platform.

4. Cyber Security Fundamentals: This course aims to create an awareness about various threats towards user systems, user data and computer networks in cyberspace and it also provides knowledge for counter measures to be taken to secure the user system, user data and computer networks. This course is certified by the US Council, USA.

5. Graphic Designing: This course aims to bring the creativity and designing at work for designing logos, publications, advertisements, posters, etc. in innovative and impressive manner.

6. Web Design and Development: This course aims to provide a sound knowledge of website development with latest technologies prevalent in the market. After completing this course, students will be able to initiate their own start-ups.

7. Data Entry Operator: This course aims to develop qualities like – organizing files, collecting and entering data, updating records, removing unnecessary data to the computer, using basic software, etc.
